The Saint Mary the Virgin Knights of Columbus support the parish both materially and spiritually. They are true to the knights' founding principles of charity, unity and fraternity.
If you see a man working around the parish, that man is most likely a knight. The knights' parish service may include:
Serving at the altar
Leading the rosary before the 8:00am Sunday Mass
Holding the Silver Rose prayer service
Participating in Corpus Christi processions
Singing in the choir
Supporting the Confirmation celebration
Teaching children’s religious education
Providing spiritual and financial support for seminarians.
The knights also support the Pastor and other members of the community as the need arises. They have a lot of fun and carry each other as men and brothers in the faith!
The Knights meet on the second Sunday of each month at 9:15am in the K of C room inside the parish office. Officers also meet on the fourth Sunday of each month at 9:15am.
